
You can always tell a native Californian by their love of avocados. ;) Growing up, my mom and I would cut these open, remove the pit, salt the avocado and eat them with a spoon. Funny story. When I worked here in town, I took an avocado to work one day for my snack. I sliced it open, spooned it out and my boss said, "Um...what IS that?". Ha!
